Tongues were wagging and feet were tapping at the first annual Fashion Walk Off by cutting edge fashion magazine TDink.com. The night was hosted at Submerged Art Gallery by funny man Andy Dick, looking dapper in a Howe Couture suit and Niki Shadrow, always dazzling in Lloyd Klein. Introduced by Carlos Ramirez, models like Stina from Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, America’s Next Top Model and Julia from Project Runway strutted their beautiful stuff side by side to a fantastic retro mix of music like Michael Jackson’s Beat It.
Models catted it out in Maggie Barry “Spring into Military Collection” in environmentally chic gowns made from vintage parachute silk and white linen wrap and eyelet dresses by Elijah Linh. The claws were out but shoes by Marlon Austin Bespoke Couture and jewelry by Lila & Rain and Wahine was in.

Showing us that fierce is always in fashion, were attendees and fellow runway walkers like American Idol finalist Kimberly Caldwell, The Average Joe’s Anna Chudoba, Dominique Swain of Lolita film fame, Vogue covergirl Lesa Amoore, Jenny McShane, MTV’s Sam Sarpong, Rachel Sterling, Nzinga Blake of Current TV and pop music sensations Aly & AJ Michalka. In a spirited salute, One Tree Hill’s Michael Copon didn’t just walk off against MTV’s Sam Sarpong, they reenacted the infamous “underwear pulling” scene straight out of Zoolander!

Fashion week may be over, but this was one night that will be talked about for years to come!

Comedian Jon Lovitz accumulated about a million awesome points last Wednesday (July 11) when he beat the crap out of the trainwreck that is Andy Dick, reports the New York Post's Page Six.

The scuffle, which occurred at Los Angeles comedy club the Laugh Factory, had allegedly been brewing for quite some time because Lovitz blames Dick for the murder of their former Newsradio co-star, Phil Hartman. The trouble began at a Christmas party at Hartman's house in 1997, five months before Brynn, Hartman's wife, shot him and then herself.

"Andy was doing cocaine, and he gave Brynn some after she had been sober for 10 years. Phil was furious about it -- and then five months later he's dead," the Saturday Night Live alum tells Page Six.

When Lovitz joined the Newsradio cast after Hartman's death, he didn't bother trying to play nice.

"I told Andy, 'I wouldn't be here now if you hadn't given Brynn that cocaine,'" Lovitz reveals.

Fast forward to last year, when the two ran into each other again at West Hollywood restaurant Ago. Dick reportedly approached Lovitz's table, obviously drunk, and said, "I put the 'Phil Hartman hex' on you -- you're the next one to die."

Lovitz was furious, but tried to forget about the incident - until he demanded an apology from Dick at the Laugh Factory last week.

"I wanted him to say he was sorry for the 'Phil Hartman hex,'" Lovitz tells Page Six. "First, he says, 'I don't remember saying that.' Then he leans in and says, 'You know why I said it? Because you said I killed Phil Hartman.' Which I never said. Then he asked me to be in his new movie."

According to witnesses, Lovitz then grabbed Dick by the hair and smashed his head into the bar several times, yelling, "I don't want to be in your movie! I don't want to be in your life!"

"All the comedians are glad I did it because this guy is an asshole," says Lovitz. "I'm not proud of it... but he's a disgusting human being."

Andy Dick was arrested Wednesday in Riverside County on suspicion of sexual battery and marijuana possession after the comedian allegedly grabbed a 17-year-old girl's tank top and exposed her breasts at a Murrieta bar/restaurant, police reported.
Officers described Dick, 42, as “extremely intoxicated and belligerent” at the time of his arrest, which occurred about 1:15 a.m. in a Sam's Club parking lot near Buffalo Wild Wings, according to Murrieta police Lt. Dennis Vrooman.

Marijuana and at least one Xanax pill were found in Dick's pants pockets, Vrooman said. He said Dick did not have a prescription for the Xanax, a drug used to treat anxiety disorders and anxiety caused by depression.

Several hours before his arrest, Dick had been asked to leave the Corner Pocket Sports Bar on California Oaks Road. Kicki Maris, the bar's owner, told KCAL9 that Dick “was giving hard time to the customers” and the bartenders “refused to serve him anymore.”

When police were called to quell a disturbance at the tavern about 9 p.m. Tuesday, they encountered Dick, who “was moderately intoxicated at the time, and in lieu of being arrested for public intoxication, he agreed to leave the location with his friends,” Vrooman said.

Early this morning, police were called on a report that someone was urinating in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings at 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Road. Arriving officers were told that Dick grabbed the teen's tank top and bra and pulled them down, exposing her breasts, Vrooman said.
Witnesses told police that Dick and five companions went to a pickup truck parked at a nearby lot but “we arrived quicker than they were able to leave,” Vrooman said.

Dick was sitting in the front seat next to the driver, and four passengers were in the back seat of the large Honda pickup, Vrooman said.

A curbside lineup was conducted, and Dick was identified by the alleged teenage victim, as well as a witness, according to police.

Dick, whose credits include the TV series “Less Than Perfect” and “NewsRadio,” was booked into the Southwest Detention Center on suspicion of narcotics possession, possession of 28.5 grams of marijuana and misdemeanor sexual battery, according to Riverside County sheriff's jail records.

Possession of less than an ounce of pot – 28 grams – is usually a misdemeanor.

Dick spent the night in jail, posted $5,000 bail and walked out of the county lockup on Auld Road about 10 a.m. He is set to be arraigned Aug. 12 at the Murrieta Courthouse.

A spokesman for the entertainer could not be reached for comment.

Dick, a Charleston, S.C., native who was adopted by a naval officer and his wife, has a long rap sheet for drug-related arrests dating to 1999, when he crashed a car into a telephone pole and was charged with drunken driving and possession of cocaine.

On Dec. 4, 2004, Dick was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure for mooning some friends at a McDonald's.

Dick is known for being outrageous, whether on stage or off. In late 2006, he used the n-word in a routine at a Los Angeles comedy club, angering the audience.

Last year, during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” he was removed from the show after rubbing Ivanka Trump's leg and asking her for a “big, fat, sloppy kiss.” He followed up that appearance with another that started with Kimmel airing a clip of him being dragged off the set.

Andy Dick was arrested early Wednesday for investigation of drug use and sexual battery after the comedian allegedly pulled down a teenager's top, police said.

The former co-star of the TV sitcom "NewsRadio" was released from a detention center after posting $5,000 bail. Calls to his representatives seeking comment were not immediately returned.

Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at about 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of "an intoxicated male" urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance, according to a police statement.

When they arrived, a 17-year-old girl told police that she was outside when Dick left the bar, walked up, "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," the statement said.

Friends escorted Dick to a truck, which officers stopped at a nearby Sam's Club, police said.

Dick was identified by the teenager and a witness, police said.

Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found his pants pockets during a search and he appeared "extremely intoxicated," police said.

Dick, 42, was booked at Southwest Detention Center in French Valley on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Dick has a reputation for crude behavior. He has been reported to have exposed himself to audiences at least twice. He was forcibly removed from the set of the show "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last year after he repeatedly touched guest Ivanka Trump without her permission.

Also last year, Dick was cited in Columbus, Ohio, for urinating on the sidewalk. A comedy club owner in the city said the actor also made inappropriate comments while onstage, groped patrons, took women into the men's room and urinated on the floor and on at least one person.

In 1999, Dick was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana after driving his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood. He pleaded guilty but the charges were dismissed after he went into a diversion program.

Bronstein, who's survived a split with wife Sharon Stone, called Penn "a great actor and a great director. People get riled up about a lot of things, particularly in this day and age; they get to express themselves. We were more than happy to print his letter."

Sienna Rose Miller (born December 28, 1981) is a BAFTA- and London Film Critics Circle Award-nominated US-born English actress, model and fashion designer.

Miller's relationship with Jude Law was frequently featured in the entertainment press. On Christmas Day of 2004, they became engaged. However, July 18, 2005, Law issued a public apology to Miller for having an affair with Daisy Wright, the nanny of his children by his former wife (actress Sadie Frost). Despite attempting to salvage their relationship, Miller and Law separated, reuniting briefly in 2006, before separating again the following November.

No newcomer to relationship scandals, actress Sienna Miller has set off a firestorm yet again, this time for a batch of photos that show her naked and kissing married-with-four-kids actor, Balthazar Getty while in Italy together. As expected, the blog world is not standing by silently.
Buzz about Miller and Getty's affair began earlier this month, but the racy crop of photos pretty much proves that Miller -- who famously broke up Jude Law's marriage ... until he then cheated with the nanny -- and Getty, an actor on ABC's 'Brothers & Sisters,' are an item. In some of the photos, Miller is topless on a boat kissing Getty while others on board watch. In other shots, Miller, donning a captain's cap, is completely naked and embracing Getty.

Miller reportedly split with her previous boyfriend of a year, Rhys Ifans, in early June. Another Rhys -- actor and previous boyfriend Matthew Rhys -- was reportedly to blame for the split.
Prior to the Rhys connection, Miller's roller coaster relationship with Law made her a household name. Post-Jude, she was linked to everyone from Sean 'Diddy' Combs to Sean Penn. Brad Pitt was emotional but calm, Angelina Jolie laughed and chatted. The world's most famous celebrity couple were joined in emotion during the birth of their twins - a boy and a girl - and all "are doing marvelously well," the doctor who delivered the babies in a seaside hospital on the French Riviera said Sunday.
The newborns - Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, born one minute apart Saturday evening - are the ultimate million-dollar babies, with experts estimating their first photos will fetch a fortune.

"In the celebrity world, it seems to be the double second coming," said Darryn Lyons, owner of Big Pictures, a photo agency in London.

For now, mother, father and newborns are resting out of the public eye on the fifth floor of the Lenval hospital, behind blue mirrored windows that provide sweeping views of Nice's sun-drenched beaches, but specially treated to deflect the prying lenses of paparazzi.
Jolie's obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann, said the 44-year-old Pitt was at Jolie's side during the delivery, looking on as the doctor performed a Caesarean section to deliver Knox, weighing in at slightly over 5 pounds, and Vivienne, who weighed 5 pounds.

"He was my assistant," Sussmann joked.

"He was very happy. ... The emotion was very strong for him," Sussmann told reporters on the hospital steps. "I felt the emotion of both the mother and the father. Angelina Jolie was speaking, was laughing with her husband. They were happy."

"The mother, the babies, the father are doing marvelously well," he said.

Sussmann said the Caesarean was moved forward from its originally planned date "for medical reasons" so the babies could be born "in the best conditions." The doctor did not elaborate.
He said Jolie, 33, is expected to stay in the hospital for a few more days and that she now needs rest. The four other Jolie-Pitt children - Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 2 - have not yet seen their new sister and brother, he said.

The doctor said he believed the baby girl's middle name was chosen in honor of Jolie's mother, actress Marcheline Bertrand, who died in January 2007 after a 7 1/2-year battle with cancer.

News of the births attracted a small crowd of fans hoping to snap a photo of Pitt - or any of their celebrity friends stopping by to pay a visit. None appeared, but the mayor of Nice delivered the twin's birth certificates, which he later displayed to reporters, with the family's approval, showing Pitt's scrawling WBP, for his full name William Brad Pitt.

"The father is having one of the happiest moments of his life, like any father, especially when they have the joy of having two children from such a wonderful wife as Angelina Jolie," Mayor Christian Estrosi said after the brief official visit, which spared Pitt the gauntlet of paparazzi that would accompany any trip to City Hall.

"The mother is doing fine. She is smiling a lot. She is as happy as the father," Estrosi said.
The twins' arrival has spurred a rash of speculation about the price of the first "official" snaps.

Nice Matin, the hometown daily in the Riviera city in the south of France, put the twins' worth at more than $11 million. It first broke news of the birth and reported Sunday that the couple have sold the rights for the first photo of their newly expanded family to a U.S. publication, which it did not name, and that the proceeds would go to charity.

"I've never known a set of pictures to be worth this amount of money," said Lyons, the owner of Big Pictures. He estimated that the twins' official photos will be worth between $15 million and $20 million.

The only other photos that "would possibly come that close is Britney Spears giving birth to an alien," he said.

Veteran London-based celebrity publicist Max Clifford estimated the first photos could fetch 10 million pounds - roughly euro12 million or $20 million, "which would make it the biggest baby deal ever."

"These kind of pictures sell lots of magazines," he said. "It's a 10-million-pound ($20 million) gamble as to whether the ends justify the means. But obviously it's a very calculated risk because whoever lands the photos will have a lot of experience with the popularity of mum and dad."

Paparazzi have been following the couple through southern France since the Cannes film festival in May, snapping shots of the family on an outing to Eze beach and sticking close as they set up household in Correns, 60 miles from Nice. But so far the couple has evaded the paparazzi when it counted, arriving undetected at the Lenval clinic two weeks before the birth.
