Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" will return for a second season in October, VH1 has announced. Among the celebrities slated to participate are Rodney King, Tawny Kitaen, former Guns 'n' Roses drummer Steven Alder, Sean Stewart (son of Rod), model Amber Smith, former "American Idol" contestant Nikki McKibbin, and -- after choosing to leave the show's first season before filming was completed -- actor Jeff Conaway.Actor Gary Busey also will participate, joining the cast to talk about his recovery from cocaine addiction.The show will follow the group of celebrity patients as they detoxify during a 21-day intensive program at a rehab center in Los Angeles, with the help of Dr. Drew Pinsky and his staff."Over the course of the first season we were inundated with positive feedback about the series from our viewers and those in the rehab community,” Jeff Olde, executive vice president of original programming and production for VH1, said in a statement. “ Celebrity are advised to get Rehab with Dr. Drew is a powerful, positive force for those seeking recovery."
